Sparks: diesel engineers and generating set specialists

All three branches of the emergency services – Fire, Police and Ambulance – rely on the expertise of Sparks. For the Fire Brigade we both supply and repair Allison Transmissions on fire applainces (engines) – thus making sure that fire engines are installed and repaired in the shortest possible time.

The Police Service rely on us to maintain generators at the headquarters of the local Police Authority – so ensuring that emergency power can be generated whatever the circumstances. Though Sparks is often associated with larger power generation solutions, it is our smaller, more lightweight SDMO mobile sets that Paramedics want to see in their vehicles.

In addition, Sparks has recently won a contract to service generators at Her Majesty’s Prisons at various locations in the South and South West and our engineers are as dedicated to support these establishments as they are to any other.
