Not only have Sparks been installing generators for years, but we have also been maintaining generating sets for our clients, too. For many years we have efficiently resolved all manner of issues and problems relating to both the mechanical and electrical aspects of our generators.
Our team of factory-trained engineers are available round-the-clock to offer generator set support to customers. They are supported in-house by a state-of-the-art parts logistics department ensuring that downtime is kept to a minimum.
We appreciate that there are times when the generating set will require maintenance and to this end Sparks’ Service Department carries out maintenance for clients’ existing plant and equipment. Depending on the circumstances (service level) we can carry this out either on-site or at our fully equipped service workshops.
Our customer support has developed over the years and Sparks’ technical expertise and knowledge in the generating set sector is second-to-none. Sparks can back this technical knowledge up with our mobile loadbank fleet and ancillary equipment.
